About the Owner:

Wayne F Murray, ACI, CIEC past owner/inspector of Tri-M Home & Building Inspections (Tri-M) now owns Lancaster Environmental Testing (LET). Wayne owned and operated Tri-M Home & Building Inspections in the Lancaster area for over 20 years. He sold Tri-M and started up LET in 2016. Wayne started inspecting, testing and assessing mold damage in 2004 as part of the services offered by Tri-M. Years of experience detecting moisture intrusion makes for a thorough mold inspection and assessment of not only the presence of mold growth, but how to identify the problem that caused the issue and recommend corrective action. Recently Wayne was awarded the prestigious board Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), designated by the American Certification and Accreditation Council ACAC #1810006. The CIEC designation shows both knowledge and experience needed to perform a professional Indoor Air Quality inspection and consulting.

Inspecting for lead base paint also goes hand in hand with an experienced home inspector. Wayne has brought his skills and experience from Tri-M to LET. In 2016, Wayne trained and was tested to become a Certified and PA State licensed Lead and Asbestos Building Inspector. PA Lead #006305 PA Asbestos #056275. Who ever you hire, you need to check their credentials.
